| There is no penalty for arriving later...but we do lock the doors and raise the drawbridge across the moat after 9:00 p.m., unless you call and let us know. |

| Parking |
|
Parking is easy at the Bailey House. Space for four cars at the end of the driveway close to the second entrance.

| No Smoking Policy |
|
We have a strict no smoking policy inside the Bailey House.
|
|
| Children |
|
We’re sorry but we are not childproof and can not accommodate children. Most of our guests love their children dearly, but come to the Bailey House to have a few quiet and restful days away by themselves.

| Pets |
|
We love pets...but “Barney” is unwilling to share the Bailey House with any other cats, dogs, hamsters or llamas!

| Reservations |
We accept: Cash – Visa - Mastercard - American Express - Discover - Personal Checks 
**We do not accept Debit cards for reservation deposits.

| Deposit and Cancellation Policy
|
|
A deposit equal to the first night’s charge is required to confirm your reservation. We are a small inn, and we never, ever overbook like larger operations. We absolutely, positively promise we won’t give your room away...and in return, we expect you to honor your reservation and your financial commitment.

| Refunds |
|
A refund will be given if you cancel at least seven days before your arrival (less a $20 service charge). If you cancel less than 7 days from your expected arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit and any part of your reservation that cannot be rebooked.
